OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Your nonpublic personal information is collected from various sources, including information you provide us to complete your Federal and/or State Income Tax Returns, Applications, and Financial and Legal Documents. Additionally, you may provide information during interviews or telephone conversations. We may receive additional information from taxing authorities, consumer reporting agencies, and other such sources. Your nonpublic personal information is not disclosed to any person or party, except as required by law. Upon closing your account, your nonpublic personal information will not be disclosed to any person or party. Access to your information is restricted in a variety of ways. It is available only to those employees who have a need to know to provide products or services to you. Strict procedural measures consistent with federal standards are in place to protect your nonpublic personal information. Your privacy is important.
